The petitioner's proposal is pending with the Scrutiny Committee since August 2023. Having appeared at MHT-CET (PCB Group) 2024 she is anxious that the Committee is still to decide the proposal.

It is pointed out that the petitioner's cousin Mrugnayana Babu Gajewad was directed to be issued with certificate of validity by the order of this Court in Writ Petition No.957/2019 dated 03.07.2019, subject to usual conditions.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the Committee to decide the petitioner's proposal, as expeditiously as possible and in any case within three weeks.

The committee may consider granting certificate of validity by imposing condition as was done by this Court in the matter of Mrugnayana Babu Gajewad.
