It is claimed that the non-applicants/accused are trying to tamper with the prosecution evidence. 3.

For the said ground, it will be open for the applicant to approach the Sessions Court, which has granted pre-arrest bail in the matter. If the applicant approaches the Sessions Court, the same shall be decided on merits after giving opportunity to accused persons.

In view of above order, learned counsel for the applicant, upon instructions, makes a motion for withdrawal of the application.
