I have considered the submissions of the learned Advocates and have gone through the petition paper book and the civil application.

The applicants/petitioners desire to bring on record the documents from page Nos.5 to 136 annexed to the civil application. Since the writ petition is of 2005, it would be appropriate to permit the production of these documents with liberty to the respondents to file an additional affidavit in reply so as to confront the said documents.

As such, this civil application is allowed on the following terms :- [a] The petitioner shall have all the documents appearing in handwriting, typed out.

[b] After preparing typed copies of the said page Nos. 5 to 136, these documents will be brought on record in the writ petition on or before 21/09/2018 alongwith a short affidavit and a proper index describing the documents individually. [c] The respondents would be at liberty to enter an additional affidavit in reply on or before 30/11/2018. [d] Thereafter, the petition be listed for final hearing on 10/01/2019.
