DATE : SEPTEMBER 16, 2022 ORDER :- The applicant - Ganesh s/o. Satish Bhusare has already been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 19.08.2022. The matter was kept today for hearing the application as regards applicant - Vishal s/o. Indrajit Aher.

The applicant - Vishal has been arrested in connection with Crime No.0102 of 2022 registered with Tadkalas Police Station, Dist.Parbhani.

Heard learned counsel appearing for the parties. 4.

The co-accused has been granted bail. On investigation, charge sheet has now been filed. The victim has been discharged from

5-ba.1198.2022 the hospital. Although learned APP has objected to grant the applicants bail, this Court is inclined to allow the application in view of the fact that it will take time for commencement and conclusion of the trial and that the applicant is aged about 18 years. 5.

Hence, the following order:- (i) The applicant - Vishal s/o. Indrajit Aher be released in connection with Crime No.0102 of 2022 registered with Tadkalas Police Station, Dist.Parbhani, on executing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand) each with one surety each in the like amount.

(ii) He shall not tamper with the prosecution evidence. (iii) The application stands disposed of.
