Learned counsel for the applicant refers to that the applicant is 90 years old lady and suffers lot of difficulties. In the circumstances, delay has been caused. He refers to the reasons as are appearing in the application.

Though the learned counsel for the

2 C.A. 10964.2016 in S.A. 266.1992 respondents purports to resist the application, yet has not been able to effectively counter the veracity of the reasons given in the application for condonation of delay. 3.

The application is for bringing L.Rs. of the respondents in the Appeal which is pending since 1992, it would be expedient and in the interest of justice, if the application is granted.

In view of aforesaid, Civil Application stands granted in terms of prayer clause 'B' and 'C' and is disposed of.
