We have heard Mr. Gholap, the learned advocate for petitioners, Mr. Gaware, the learned advocate for the respondent No. 1 and Mr. Kulkarni, the learned advocate for Respondent Nos. 2 and 3.

Mr. Gaware, the learned counsel for the respondent No. 1 points out the order dated 22nd August, 2014 passed in Writ Petition No. 4721 of 2013 with another connected writ petition to submit that, similar challenge has been negated. 3.

Mr, Gholap, the learned advocate for petitioners submits that, the representation is filed in May 2019 on the ground that,

2 wp 8560.19 though the Multi State Registration is received by the respondent No. 1, no branch has been opened in another State and on that premise the representation is filed. So also claimed another relief to prevent the use of bye law No. 12 f) to influence the result of General Election of the respondent No. 1. 4.

Mr. Kulkarni, the learned advocate for respondent Nos. 2 and 3 submits that, the respondent No. 2 shall decide the representation filed by petitioners.

The respondent No. 2 shall decide the representation filed by the petitioner (page 27), if same is pending, on its own merits, after hearing all parties concerned, so also considering the judgment delivered by this Court in Writ Petition No. 4721 of 2013, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today.

In view of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
