Having heard Mr Surve, learned Counsel appearing on behalf of the applicant for sometime, it is required to be noted that, in case if the fresh application for enhancement is preferred by the applicant, same be decided by the concerned Court, without being influenced of the observations made in the order dated 12th November, 2003, passed in rejected case No. 81 of 2003 by the learned Family Court, Aurangabad (Sarika w/o Gautam Nikam Vs. Shri Gautam s/o Arjun Nikam). 2.

With above observations, Criminal Revision Application stands disposed of.
