Heard learned advocates for the parties.

There is no dispute on that claim of the petitioner is pending with scrutiny committee since 2005. It is being referred to that the proceedings have reached the stage of report by vigilance committee. It is further being pointed out that since 2014, petitioner's interest has been protected. 3.

Having regard to aforesaid, we deem it appropriate to direct the scrutiny committee to proceed with the pending claim of the petitioner and decide on the same as early as possible,

{2} wp7045-14 preferably within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of writ of this order. Interim relief operating hitherto to continue to operate till decision by the scrutiny committee. Petitioner may approach the scrutiny committee on 20th February, 2020. 4.
