Mr. Shelke, the learned advocate for petitioners submits that, the award has been passed under the provisions of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short "Act of 2013") on 05th August, 2019 in absence of the petitioners. The petitioners have yet not received notice U/Sec. 21 of the Act of 2013 from the respondent authorities. The petitioners have filed reference before the respondent No. 4 U/Sec. 64 of the Act of 2013. The said reference is not referred to the authority by the respondent No. 4.

The learned Assistant Government Pleader appears for all respondents and submits that, there is delay in filing the application for reference by the petitioners.

All the aspects can be considered by the respondent No. 4 to whom the application has been filed for forwarding the reference to the authority. The respondent No. 4 shall take necessary steps and decision for forwarding the reference, expeditiously and preferably within a period of two (02) months from today.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
