The petitioners are before this Court aggrieved by the order dated 12/12/2018, by which, interim protection in the pending appeal before the District Superintendent of Land Records, Jalgaon, has been refused and the application for protection has been rejected.

Though the learned Advocates for the petitioners and respondent Nos. 4, 9 and 10 have strenuously canvassed their submissions, I find that it is more than 9 months that the impugned order has been passed and it is informed that the proceedings are now posted on 17/09/2019 before the District Superintendent of Land Records, Jalgaon. All the parties to

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off. It is expected that all the parties would advance their oral/written submissions in the pending proceedings on 17/09/2019 and the District Superintendent of Land Records, Jalgaon shall post the matter on 15/10/2019 for pronouncing his order. The litigating sides shall be obliged to remain present on the said date for noting the pronouncement of the order. Copies of the order shall be kept ready to be supplied to the litigating sides on the same date.

It is requested by the appearing parties that the hearing in the RCS No.72/2011 pending before the Trial Court, be expedited.

In view of the request and upon noting that the suit is 8 years old, the Trial Court would endeavour to decide the said suit as expeditiously as possible and preferably on or before 30/06/2020.
