PER COURT :

The learned counsel for the petitioner states that, the petitioner has given representation seeking transfer from the existing place. The said representation has been given in 2013, so also, in 2014. However, no cognizance has taken by the respondent.

Mr. Shelke, the learned counsel for Respondent No. 2 submits that, in case the petitioner gives a fresh representation,

2 WP7627.15 the Respondent No. 2 shall decide the same on its own merits. 3.

The representation given by the petitioner have become stale. Now the case of the petitioner can only be considered for the next year i. e. 2016 - 2017. 4.

Considering the above, we pass the following order -

ORDER

The petitioner may file a fresh representation with Respondent No. 2 with regard to the request for transfer which representation would be considered by the Respondent No. 2 on its own merits in accordance with Rules and policy, before the next general transfers.
