The learned counsel submits that the validation proceeding is pending since 15th January 2020. The petitioner is exploring possibilities of admission to the professional course and seeks direction against the committee to decide it expeditiously. 2.

The learned A.G.P. accepts notice for all respondents. 3.

Considering the exigency in the matter, the committee may, if it is possible, endeavour to decide the validation proceeding of the petitioner by 10th of October 2021. 4.

The petitioner shall appear before the committee on 30th August 2021.
