We have heard Mr. Golegaonkar, learned counsel for the petitioners in both petitions.

Learned A.G.P., on instructions, submits that the matter was heard by the committee, however, before the order could be passed, one member of the committee was diagnosed Covid-19 positive. Learned A.G.P., on 1 / 2

46-WP-7682-20.odt instructions, submits that the petitioners may appear before the committee tomorrow consisting of fresh members and the committee would decide the matter.

Mr. Golegaonkar, learned counsel submits that the petitioners would appear before the committee day after tomorrow and workout the matter, however, the committee to be directed to decide the said matter within seven days.

The petitioners shall appear before the committee day after tomorrow i.e. 25th November, 2020. The committee shall take decision on or before 05th December, 2020. Both the writ petitions are disposed of accordingly.
