Learned counsel Mr. B.R. Loya representing the applicant has stopped practicing law. Hence, the notice was issued to the applicant. The service report of Satara Police Station has been placed on record reporting that the applicant has died on 02.06.2010. The death certificate issued by Ahmednagar Municipal Corporation has also been placed on record.

The applicant was the original accused in complaint. Therefore, the petition against him has been abated. Since the original petition has been abated against him, there would be no propriety in proceeding with this matter. Hence, the application stands dismissed.

The ad-interim order stands vacated and the concerned Court be informed accordingly.
