By this petition, which is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner is seeking following reliefs :- (A) Writ Petition may kindly be allowed.
(B) Record & proceedings may kindly be called for. (C) By issuing an appropriate writ, order or direction, in the nature of writ, respondents may be directed to consider the claim of the petitioner from Project Affected Persons Category (Open) for the appointment on the post of RGNM (Staff Nurse) in the Government Hospitals. (D) Pending hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition, respondents may be directed to keep one post vacant out of 16 vacant posts.
(E) Pending hearing and final disposal of this Writ Petition, respondents may be directed not to issue appointment orders to any other selected candidates as per the last round conducted on 27th / 28th June 2016. (F) Ad interim relief in terms of prayer clause "D" and "E" may be granted.
(G) Any other suitable order may kindly be passed in the interest of justice.

In our view, the petition can be conveniently disposed of by allowing prayer clause "C". We, therefore, direct the respondents to consider case of the petitioner in accordance with law, as expeditiously as possible and preferably within 08 (eight) weeks from today. All contentions of the petitioner and respondents are kept open.
