This Application has been filed praying for the following reliefs :- A) The Criminal application may be allowed.

B) The custody of child may kindly be extended for four weeks with his father i.e. applicant in the view of health emergency of the child in the interest of to get better health facilities and his welfare.

Heard learned Advocates for the parties and with their assistance perused the record. It appears that the custody of the

Through this Application, the Applicant is praying for extension of custody of the child primarily on the ground that the child has fallen ill and has been suffering from Acute Gastroenteritis since 1 July 2025 pursuant to which, he was also hospitalised and has been taking treatment. It is also stated that the child has acute weakness and is not in a position to travel. 3.

In such circumstances, in the best interest of the child, the learned Advocate for the Respondent(wife) would not oppose the Application.

Considering the contents of the Application, the peculiar facts and circumstances and hearing the parties before the Court, it would be just and proper that the custody of the child with the father be extended for a period of 10 days from today.

ORDER

The Application is disposed of in the above terms.

List the proceedings i.e. Criminal Revision Application No. 158/2025 on 24 July 2025 for further consideration. ( ADVAIT M. SETHNA, J.) dyb
