This application is for bringing on record the legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 1 namely N. Anjayya who died on 10.12.2023. There is delay of 131 days caused in filing application.

964ca10604.24 has instructions to appear for legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 1 and he waives service of notice for them. In view of this, delay stands condoned and the application stands allowed and disposed of.

Legal representatives shown in paragraph No. 2 of the application be shown in the writ Petition in cause title and other Civil Applications, if any, as legal representatives of deceased respondent No. 1 within two weeks from today. Necessary amendment be carried out.
