NO. 21156/2007 (Textile Corporation of Marathwada Ltd. Vs. Vaijnath Vishwanath Tak and another) ---- None for the applicant ---- CORAM : M.T. JOSHI, J.

DATE : 29/06/2015 ORAL ORDER :

1.

None for the applicant. Nobody has appeared for the applicant on earlier occasions, which is clear from the order dated 16th June, 2015. No steps are taken since 15th January, 2015 and therefore, these applications are dismissed against respondent No. 2. 2.

The record would show that the present proceedings cannot proceed in absence of the respondents.

In the circumstances, both the applications are dismissed in default. Consequently,

ca10067-10069-2007 both the Civil Revision Applications (St.) No. 21142/2007 and 21156/2007 do not survive and hence, stand dismissed.
