Heard learned Counsel for the applicant.

The applicant is seeking recalling of order dated 11.10.2023 whereby registration of his second appeal was refused for non-removal of office objections. There is also a delay of 253 for filing this application. The learned counsel for the applicants undertakes to remove all the office objections within two weeks.

In view of the same, the order dated 11.10.2023 stands recalled and the appeal be restored for removal of office objections within two weeks subject to deposit of cost of Rs.500/-to be deposited with Registry of this court for utilization of High Court Dispensary, Bench at Aurangabad. 4.

Application is disposed of accordingly.
