2] The learned counsel on instructions submits that in the present matter, the revenue authorities could not proceed because of order of status quo passed by the Civil Court in RCS No.505/17. The said Suit is filed by the person claiming to be the tenant. 3] In view of the order passed by the Civil Court at present no orders can be issued. Petitioner may take appropriate steps in the Civil Suit and/or such other steps as are permissible. 4] Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
