PER COURT :

The petitioner superannuated on 31st May 2019. This petition is filed on 1st August 2022.

The learned AGP submits, on instructions, that the pending 'Koli Mahadev' scheduled tribe claim of the petitioner would be decided within two months.

The learned advocate for the petitioner insists that his pension papers be processed, though the learned AGP submits that the claim of the petitioner would be decided within two months. 4.

We are not inclined to issue any direction in respect of the pension proposal. The petitioner superannuated on 31st May 2019, which is three years and three months ago. He can surely wait for two months.

In view of the above, this petition is disposed off.

WP No.8274/22 6.

The Committee would decide the claim of the petitioner, on or before 21st October, 2022.

The petitioner shall render whole-hearted cooperation to the Committee and any request for adjournment on unreasonable or trivial ground, would justify the Committee in progressing to the next stage in the proceedings.
