The applicants are seeking bail in Crime No. 147 of 2023 registered at Bembli Police Station, District Osmanabad for the offences punishable under Sections 429, 435, 436, 504, 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code 2.

Similarly situated co-accused have been granted bail. Hence, the applicants deserve parity. Thus, the following order :-

ORDER

(i) The application is allowed.

(ii) The applicant No.1 Dnyaneshwar Khandu Bansode and applicant No.2 Pravin Anna Kamble be released on bail on executing P.B. and S. B. of Rs. 50,000/- each with one solvent surety in the like amount in connection with the above crime, on the conditions that :-

938- B.A. No. 1159-2023.odt (a) They shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses. (b) They shall attend the police station as and when called by the Investigating Officer on written notice, till filing charge sheet against them.
