Learned Advocate Mr. Narwadkar, on instructions, submits that the Admission Regulatory Authority would be modifing the order to the extent it declares that the petitioner would not be eligible to get any type of benefits with respect to the scholarship from the Social Welfare Department or any other concerned authorities. 2.

We accept the statement as an undertaking to this Court and expect that the decision would be taken within three weeks. 3.

Considering the fact that the University was not declaring the petitioner's result for want of approval to the admission, in the light of the decision taken by the Admission Regulatory Authority dated 20 August 2023, irrespective of the modification being made, the University shall declare the petitioner's result within two weeks. 4.

Writ Petition is disposed of.
