The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that, the petitioner has apprehension that the employer may take adverse action in view of condition in the appointment order to produce validity within six months. The validation proceeding is pending, which is referred by the employer only to the committee.

The employer has not issued any notice to the petitioner to produce validity certificate. If such a notice is issued by the employer, the petitioner is at liberty to approach this Court. The committee may endeavour to decide the validation proceeding expeditiously.

In the light of the above, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
