DATE : 22/11/2016 PER COURT :- Learned counsel for the respondent makes an oral motion for Speaking to the Minutes in respect of order dated 17/11/2016 wherein inadvertently it appears that name of Adv. Mr.R.R.Shaikh came to be recorded as appearing for respondent no.1 instead of Mr.C.D.Biradar who in fact is appearing for respondent no.1. Since it appears to be typographical error, and the record also shows that it is Mr.C.D.Biradar who has put in appearance for respondent no.1, the request appears to be legitimate. Accordingly, correction be carried out in the order dated 17/11/2016 by referring to the name of Mr.C.D.Biradar as appearing for respondent no.1 removing the name of Adv.Mr.R.R.Shaikh for respondent no.1. This correction should be deemed to have been carried out in the order from 17/11/2016 and certified copy or copies hitherto issued shall be deemed to have been corrected accordingly.
