Mr Deshpande, learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has filed the review petition.

Review Petition is still pending. Notice is issued by respondent no.5 in respect of writ plot No.11 to deliver possession. 3.

Learned A.G.P., on instructions states that the review filed by the petitioner is still pending and on instructions further states that the same will be decided within six months.

Till the review petition is pending, the respondents authorities shall not act on the impugned notice.

Needless to state, depending upon the decision in review, the authorities may take further course of action. 6.

Writ Petition stands disposed of. No costs.
