Heard Mr.Shrirsagar, learned counsel for the Petitioner. The Petitioner seeks direction to Respondent Nos.1 and 2 to make budgetary provision in the budget for the year 2014-15 for increasing the salary of the Petitioners.

The said aspect is within the domain of the Union. It is not possible for this Court to consider the prayer made by the Petitioner. The Petitioner may approach Respondent Nos.1 and 2 in that regard by making a comprehensive representation, which would be considered by Respondent Nos.1 and 2, on its own merits, expeditiously.
