Mr.Karad, learned counsel, on instructions, submits that the Petitioners would restrict their prayer in the present writ petition to the extent that the Petitioners would make representation to Respondent Nos.2 and 4 for grant of scholarship to the Petitioners and the Respondent Nos.2 and 4 be directed to decide the same. Mr.Deshpande, learned ASG submits that in case such representation is made, the authorities would decide the same on its own merits.

In light of that, we are not entering into other averments made in the writ petition.

In light of the above, we pass the following order: I.

The Petitioners may make representation to Respondent Nos.2 and 4 for grant of scholarship to

45 wp.7394.14.odt the Petitioners, which representation shall be considered by Respondent Nos.2 and 4, on its own merits, in accordance with law and their policy, expeditiously, preferably within four months. II.

It is made clear that the contentions of the respective parties on merits are kept open.

III.

Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
