PER COURT :- In view of the Judgment delivered by the full bench of this Court in the matter of Rajendra Pandurang Pagare versus State of Maharashtra & others in Writ Petition No.5266/2008 decided on 9.7.2009, the petitioner who belongs to Project Affected Persons' category, shall have to compete with other similarly placed candidates. The request of the petitioner for issuance of directions to the respondents to provide him employment, bypassing the process of selection, cannot be considered. The petition is devoid of substance and hence stands rejected.
