Heard the learned Counsel for petitioner.

The Trial Court has granted meager interim maintenance of Rs.2,000/- per month to the wife and Rs.2,000/- per month to the daughter by order dated 13/10/2022, passed below Exhibit 11 in Hindu Marriage Petition No. 26/2021.

Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner, who is a poor laborer, cannot afford to pay the entire amount of Rs.78,000/-. 4.

In view of the same, the petitioner is granted three months' time to deposit the amount of Rs.78,000/-. However, the petitioner must deposit Rs.25,000/- within a week either in the Court of Civil Judge, Senior Division, Basmath or in the bank account of the wife. Additionally, the petitioner is required to deposit the monthly interim maintenance granted by the Trial Court regularly.

Failure to comply with the above order will result in the automatic vacation of the protection granted today.

In the event the respondent/ wife is aggrieved with this order, liberty granted to seek recall.
