This application has been filed with reference to an objection as regards the name of the respondent/wife. The alphabet " J " is actually not found in the original proceedings which are in Marathi. The same is a typographical error. This civil application has been filed after issuance of notice. However, Office did not process the notice since there was a discrepancy in the name of the respondent. 2.

As such, this civil application is allowed. The objection with regard to the alphabet " J " found in the proceedings before the Family Court, is over rulled.

Office shall process the notice issued by this Court, in Family Court Appeal No.24/2021, to the sole respondent, returnable on 22/10/2021.
