Learned Advocate for the applicant - acquiring body states that the acquiring body is short of funds and therefore, unable to deposit the amount in its entirety. For the present, the acquiring body is ready to deposit 75% of the amount under the impugned award.

Learned Advocate would further submit that she had never made any statement as has been depicted in para 2 of the order dated 03.12.2020. She therefore urged for recall of the said observations.

In view of the above, in supersession of the order dated 03.12.2020, following order is passed.

The applicant - acquiring body to deposit for the present 75% of the amount under the impugned award within a period of twelve (12) weeks from today.

Civil application stands disposed of.
