Mr. Deshpande, the learned advocate for the petitioner submits that, revision filed by the petitioner is still pending, inspite of that, impugned notice is issued directing the petitioner to surrender the plot.

Notice impugned in the petition is dated 06.06.2016. The petitioner could have moved stay petition in the pending revision.

The authority where revision is pending shall decide the revision filed by the petitioner on its own merits, in accordance with law, expeditiously and preferably within a period of six (06) months from today. The writ petition accordingly is disposed of. No costs.
