Petitioner may tender application to the Divisional Commissioner or the State Government for making reference under section 76-A of the Maharashtra Tenancy and Agricultural Lands Act, 1948, for impeaching the correctness of the order passed by the Mamlatdar. If petitioner tenders appropriate application within a period of eight weeks from today, the concerned authority may consider the same and may issue appropriate instructions, in accordance with provisions of law, if deemed necessary. It is clarified that this Court has not considered merits of contentions raised by petitioner and it would be open for the concerned authority to take
