Issue notice to respondents. The learned Counsel Mr. L. C. Patil waives service for respondent - claimants in all these matters. 3.
The appellant - acquiring body is seeking condonation of delay periods as mentioned in these applications, which appear to be caused due to obtaining sanctions at various stages. There is no strong objection from other side. Therefore the delay periods stand condoned.
