The application is filed for continuation of interim relief like statusquo to prevent the defendants from alienating the property. Other side is heard. Seen the certified copy of judgment delivered by this Court. It appears that the copy was delivered to the appellant, present applicant on 18.7.2016 and so, he could not file appropriate proceeding in the Supreme Court. More time of two weeks is given. Till then statusquo is to be continued. Application is disposed of.
