PER COURT:- 1.

The grievance of petitioners is that, the Award is passed in the Lok Adalat on 25.03.2017. The amount of compensation is not yet paid.

According to respondent no.2, the respondent no.1 is liable to make the payment of the compensation amount.

The learned A.G.P. submits that, the amount is demanded from the State Government. 4.

In case, Award passed in the Lok Adalat dated 25.03.2017 still in force, then respondent no.1 shall make the payment to petitioners of the amount of compensation as per the said Award preferably within a period of six (06) months. 5.

Writ Petitions are disposed of. No costs.
