Petitioners/School and management are aggrieved by the fact that inspite of admitting students in 25% quota under the Right of Children to Free and Compulsory Education Act, 2009, they have not been reimbursed the fees.

We dispose of the writ petition by directing the respondents to undertake scrutiny of the petitioners' claim as expeditiously as possible and in any case within a period of four (04) weeks from today and if the petitioners are found entitled to have the reimbursement, the reimbursement shall be released within a period of six (06) weeks thereafter.
