We have heard learned counsel for the applicants at length. This is a successive application seeking quashing of the FIR and the criminal proceedings. The applicants' earlier Criminal Application No. 504 of 2020 seeking quashing of the FIR came to be disposed of as withdrawn vide order dated 20.02.2020 passed by this Court (Coram : T. V. Nalawade and M. G. Sewlikar, JJ.). Even though no liberty was granted to file this successive application, the applicants on their own have filed the present application. Furthermore, the crime is registered way back in the year 2018 vide C.R. No. 221 of 2018 for the offence punishable under Sections 354, 504, 143, 147,
27-CriAppln-2038-2020 -2148, 149, 117 of IPC and under Sections 37(1) (3) of the Bombay Police Act. The charge sheet came to be submitted in the year 2020 i.e. during pendency of Criminal Application No. 504 of 2020 which came to be withdrawn.

In view of the above, we are not inclined to entertain this successive application. The criminal application is hereby dismissed.
