The petitioner herein has approached this Court seeking relief in the form of a direction to include his/her name in the process of transfer as per the policy contained in Government Resolution dated 18th June 2024. It is to be noted that the aforesaid policy provides for filling of an online form and thereafter, the process of transfer is undertaken depending on the vacancies.

The petitioner in this petition filled the form and thereafter admittedly withdrew the same. This is noted by both the Appellate Authorities i.e. the Education Officer (Primary), as well as the Chief Executive Officer of the Zilla Parishad.

Since the petitioner withdrew the form, we do not find any reason to exercise writ jurisdiction to consider the prayer made on behalf of the petitioner.

Hence, the petition is dismissed.
