The Petitioner has tendered the representation dated 03.04.2023 to the ten authorities, one of them is the Divisional Commissioner, one is the District Collector, Aurangabad and one is the Secretary of National Highways Authority of India. Some are Police Officers and some are the Revenue Officers. 2.
The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits that it is the NHAI/ Respondent Nos.2 and 5, which can deal with his grievance with regard to the encroachment on NH-211 SolapurDhule Highway, Gat No.267 at village Apegaon, Tq. And

In view of the above and considering that this dispute between the Petitioner and Respondent No.7, appears to be with regard to the encroachment, that we are not entertaining this petition. Let Respondent Nos.2 and 5, if they are vested with the jurisdiction by law, deal with the representation of the Petitioner dated 03.04.2023. A copy of this order shall be placed by the Petitioner before Respondent Nos.2 and 5. 4.
Needless to state, if the said Authorities have the jurisdiction and they entertain the representation, all the stakeholders shall be granted an opportunity of hearing. Needless to further state, if the Petitioner's grievance is not redressed, he would be at liberty to approach the Civil Court for appropriate reliefs.
