All these applications have been filed to get the delay condoned which has been caused in filing first appeal. 2.

The applicants intend to challenge the Judgment and award passed by the Reference Court in land Reference Case. However there is delay in filing the appeal which is unintentional. 3.

Heard learned advocate for respondent / respondents. Though learned advocates strongly opposing for the reasons stated in para No.2 to 4, the delay stands condoned. Applications stand allowed and disposed of accordingly.
