The learned Advocate for the Petitioner submits on instructions that prayer clause 'C' is being prosecuted. Prayer clause 'C' reads as under:- "C) By issuing writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ, to direct the respondents to decide the application forwarded by the petitioner dated 23/07/2018, 22/01/2022 for to transfer the Artiest pension in the name of petitioner within stipulated period."

The learned Counsel representing the Union of India, Respondent herein, submits that the representations of the Petitioner would be considered on their merits.

We find that the Petitioner is an 80 years old widow. As such, this Petition is disposed off.

Respondent No.1 shall decide the pending representations of the Petitioner dated 23.07.2018 and 22.01.2022, on their own merits, preferably on or before 15.10.2022.
