DATE : SEPTEMBER 20, 2023 ORDER :- Learned AGP informs the order to have been complied with. He places on record a communication dated 07.09.2023 made by the Deputy Director of Education, Latur Division, Latur, suggesting the approval to have been granted to the petitioner's appointment with effect from 21.08.2014 for a period of three years on the honorarium of Rs.9,000/- per month.

According to learned counsel for the petitioner, it is a scheme as regards appointment of Shikshan Sevak. He would further submit that for the further period, i.e. post expiry of three years

32-cp.507 appointment period, it is for the management to forward the proposal for confirmation of the petitioner or otherwise, and then, the State would take a call thereon, on its own merits. 3.

The Management may forward further proposal in this regard. On receipt of the same, the Deputy Director of Education shall decide the same on its own merits, within a reasonable time. The petition stands disposed of.
