It is brought to my notice that in the connected matters arising out of the same acquisition proceedings, this Court vide order dated 22.1.2016 has allowed the petitioners therein to withdraw 75 per cent of the amount on submitting an undertaking and balance 25 per cent amount was allowed to be withdrawn on furnishing solvent surety. I do not see any reason to take any contrary view. Hence, following order: - order I) Out of the total amount, 75 per cent amount is to be given subject to furnishing an undertaking by the AGP/-

IN THE HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT BOMBAY

BENCH AT AURANGABAD (2) CA NO.12016/2016 applicant/s. The remaining 25 per cent amount is to be given subject to giving solvent surety in respect of that amount.
