Learned counsel for the applicants submits that the death of respondent No. 8 occurred on 10th September, 2020 i.e. during the COVID-19 period. He further submits that the application was fled for bringing legal heirs on record on 19th August, 2021. On account of exemption granted by the Apex Court, the application is preferred within time.
