This is a motion for "speaking to the minutes" of the order dated 11/12/2018 passed by this Court in WP Nos.13137/2018 and group of petitions.

It is pointed out that this petition pertains to the PWD and the petition was wrongly filed through the Deputy Chief Engineer (Construction) Central Railway. It is submitted that this petition, which was disposed off in the said group, may be restored and the petitioner be permitted to withdraw the said petition. 3.

In view of the above, this petition shall be excluded from the khs/Nov.2019/13339-d

- 2 - list of petitions decided by order dated 13/02/2019 and shall stand restored forthwith.
