PER COURT :- Learned counsel appearing for respondent Provident Fund Commissioner states on instructions that, the Review Application tendered by the petitioner has already been decided on 13.8.2015 and as such, the grievance raised by the petitioner in the instant petition does not deserve consideration.

The petitioner also makes a grievance that, he has not been issued a certified copy of the order, though it is stated on behalf of the respondent that, the copy of the order is transmitted to the petitioner. It has been further stated that on receipt of an appropriate application, the copy will be delivered within three days. It would be open for the petitioner to raise challenge to the order passed by the department in the review application. In view of above, the writ petition is disposed of. ( A. I. S.
