This is an application for condonation of delay in filing the First Appeal. Notices are already served upon the respondents and nobody appears for the respondents. The learned counsel for the applicants submits that the delay occurred on account of reasons mentioned in Paragraph No.5 particularly absence of communication with the present applicants. 2.

This is an appeal filed by the claimants seeking enhancement of compensation on account of death of mother of appellant Nos.2 and 3. The delay is of 201 days and does not appear to be intentional. 3.

Delay stands condoned.
