Mr. Dhongade, learned Counsel for the respondents, submits that the respondents would withdraw the impugned order and before taking any action, the respondents will issue show cause notice to the petitioner, obtain his say and thereafter take decision on its own merits.

In view of the above, we pass the following order: I.

The impugned order does not survive as it stands withdrawn by the respondents.

Before taking any adverse action against the petitioner, the respondents shall issue show cause notice to the

The respondents shall consider say filed by the petitioner and then take decision on its own merits. 3.
